Job Description
We have private and public employers in the country currently seeking to hire committed and experienced Room Attendants to join various teams in the country.
Successful candidate will handle the positive and friendly greeting and welcoming of guests to the hotel, responding to guest queries, requests, and concerns, replacing bed linens and towels as well as the restocking of hotel food and beverages
Applicant are expected to have previous experience working as a room attendant, capable of thriving under pressure, have good organization and management skills and able to multi-task effectively in the discharge of their daily duties
What you’ll be doing in the position
- Friendly and positive greeting and welcoming of guests to the hotel
- Responding to guest queries, requests, and concerns
- Timely replacing of bed linens and towels
- Ensure the proper cleaning and sanitizing of rooms and hallways
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Timely reporting of room vacancy status to the receptionist
- Perform all other tasks as may be required
