Job Description
We have private and public employers in the country currently seeking to hire committed and experienced Waiters and Waitresses to join various teams in the country.
Successful candidate will handle the friendly and positive welcoming of customers to the restaurant, addressing of customers complaints, requests, and inquiries, taking and serving of customers order as well as the processing and receiving of payments.
Applicant are expected to have previous experience working as a waiter or waitress, capable of thriving under pressure, have good organization and management skills and able to multi-task effectively in the discharge of their daily duties
What you’ll be doing in the position
- Addressing of customers complaints, requests, and inquiries
- Presenting of bills to customers
- Receiving and processing of payments through cash or credit card
- Friendly and positive greeting and welcoming of guests to the restaurant
- Timely taking and serving of customers order
- Perform all other tasks as may be required
